Today, the production of Valtellina PGI Apples<\/strong> represents more than 70% of the total produced in the Lombardy region<\/strong>.<\/p>


Since 2014, the Valtellina PGI Apples\u2019 market has undergone exponential growth also due to the increasing number of producers who invest in the variety with the PGI classification.\u00a0<\/p>


Market forecasts also confirm the growing trend<\/strong> for organic products, which now represent almost 5% of the total produced<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>

In 2020, the Italian domestic channel accounted for 93.58% of the market share<\/em> of Valtellina PGI Apples<\/strong>, while the rest was exported to other European and third countries.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
